Terms of Service
These terms outline how we can collaborate, what you can expect, and how your information is handled during a project.
1. Engagement
Work begins once scope, timeline, and fees are agreed. Milestones and deliverables are shared upfront; feedback cycles are scheduled to keep momentum.
2. Intellectual Property
You own final approved deliverables upon full payment. I may showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
3. Payment
Invoices follow milestones or monthly cadence. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
4. Revisions
Each phase includes defined feedback rounds. Additional revisions are scheduled and scoped separately.
5. Confidentiality
Project materials remain confidential. Credentials are stored securely and removed after handoff.
6. Warranties
Deliverables are provided as-is; I’ll address launch bugs within an agreed window. Third-party dependencies follow their own licenses.
